The house is quiet and the kiddos are all down for a nap, so I am taking a few minutes to do a quick post!  I thought this card was perfect for the wedding season which is now in full swing!  I am always in need of these types of cards.  I don’t usually focus on making wedding cards and don’t have them on hand when I need one.  I was completely inspired by, and just about CASE’d (Copy and Share Everything), this card which you can find made by a fellow SU! Demonstrator HERE.  I added a few silver strips along the bottom of the cake layers instead of doing a complete white version, but I love the look of both!  I think you could easily change the background colors to match the couple’s wedding colors as well.

I have been working on quite a few stamping projects lately and I am in swap mode for Stampin’ Up! Convention, which is in July!  I am so excited I can hardly stand it!!  This will be my first Convention and I am told it is quite the experience.  I also have the brand new 2011-2012 Stampin’ Up! Catalog, and let me tell you… it is a beauty!!  I can’t wait to share it with you and I will be sharing all of the wonderful projects I have been making using the new In-Colors soon!
