WOW! That really sums up my feelings after the 2011 SU! Convention. I had the time of my life and came home renewed and ready to share some awesome ideas with you! The theme of this year’s convention was “Grow”. I feel like I have grown and learned more than I could have imagined by attending Convention. Don’t get me wrong, it was exhausting at times, but SO worth it! If you are a SU! demonstrator and you are reading this I will tell you to start saving now, convention is a must attend event!!
Here is a picture of me and my roommates at General Session during the second day of Convention! We had such a blast! The main stage presentations were awesome! Stampin’ Up! went above and beyond with Convention.
I also did some swapping, although I didn’t make as many swaps as I wished. This was a swap (card front) that I made for an organized swap that I participated in. This swap was a little more involved that my general convention swaps and used a fun background technique that I call brayered embossing folder. I will have to post a tutorial on that soon. Once I get the swaps that I received organized I will take pictures of them for you and post them. Until then…I am going to go play with my new stamps!
