I will share with you a few quick pictures from our trip to Bay Beach this year! This first one is of my oldest son enjoying his ride on the swings. He wanted to go on the bigger swings and was disappointed that he wasn’t big enough, although by the look on his face in this picture I think he was pleased with his ride.
Hello!! Wow, this has been a busy month! Between family birthdays, visitors, end of summer trips, and gearing up for the start of school I have been missing in action.Bay Beach is really a great place to go with the kids. Here is my middle child enjoying his ride on the trucks. They have rides for all ages and they only cost .25 cents a piece! How awesome is that?!
Okay, I have to throw in a picture on our youngest. Adorable, right?! I love it. This is a picture on the train ride that we took. I can’t get him to take that pacifier out of his mouth for more than a few minutes. I suppose I shouldn’t sweat it, they are only little for so long!
Let’s get to what you came for…the stamping! Well this project actually has very little stamping, but it’s fun anyways.
Have you seen these cool accordion flowers? They are really all over the crafting world right now. If you have seen the new Stampin’ Up! Holiday Mini, which is going live on September 1st, you might have noticed the beautiful fall wreath in the catalog. The wreath in the catalog is just stunning and I would love to recreate it and hang it up on my front door. Maybe I will get some time once school starts up again.
This was a make-n-take project that I created for my wonderful downline to make at our August Stamp and Chat yesterday. We had a great time visiting and stamping! We were not all able to get together in July so we had fun listening to those of us that went to Convention talk about that. I wanted to carry the “Grow” theme of Convention into our make-n-take and came up with this idea. Those flowers are using the Berry Blossoms Designer Series Paper new to this Stampin’ Up! Catalog. I just love our designer paper, which by the way is only on special for a few more days!
Thanks for stopping by & Happy Stamping!
