Hello blog readers! Yes, I have been bitten by the chalkboard bug! I just LOVE this technique and had to create a card for my club ladies this month using it.
I decided to also combine the look of subway art on my card front by using a variety of word sayings from the stamp set Bring on the Cake. This is a fun stamp set for birthday cards and one of my go-to sets! Once again I pulled the colors for this card from my little strip of Sycamore Street Designer Series Paper (DSP). This is one of my favorite color “tricks” to grab a piece of DSP that I love and pull the colors for my card from it! The work is already done for me I just have to decide how to layer them.
