With the 2012-2013 Stampin’ Up! Catalog about to retire in a few months Stampin’ Up! has announced a Color Refresh! Some of my favorite colors will be retiring, and I am really going to miss Regal Rose and Baja Breeze. However, some of my favorite In-Colors from years past are making are return and I’m so excited to see Soft Sky and Blushing Bride back!
