It’s Monday!! I’m off today to enjoy a fun day at Bay Beach with my kiddos! They have been looking forward to this all summer and we are finally headed there and looking forward to rides, treats, and lots of fun!
This was a fun page to create! I went to a local park with my boys the other day and just decided to play around with the camera a little bit. I am still learning a lot about our camera, but I love trying new shots. I snapped a few decent pictures of them and came home right away to create this page. The background piece of Newsprint DSP is reduced in opacity to about 60% so that it didn’t take away from the page. The cloud stamp is from the Digital Download Epic Overlays. All of the other elements on this page are from the Bandstand Kit Digital Download. The colors in this kit are so bright and fun! See my text on the page? That is one of the awesome new features of MDS2, you can attach text to any shape you want. I just added a line image to my page (there are several set ones to choose from) and then attached my text right to it! It creates such a fun element on this page.

I have really been enjoying My Digital Studio 2 and all of the fun features in this awesome program. It’s hard to believe the MDS could get any better, but let me just say that MDS2 is worth the purchase or upgrade if you already have the program. There are 75 NEW features in MDS2 that you could not do with the original program.
A few of those are:
- Crop stamps and embellishments
- Vector stamp brush images (no more pixilation errors)
- Recolor embellishments & Designer Series Paper
- Digital Stitching
- Stamp image coloring (several colors on one stamp)
- And TONS of texting options
You can check out more features of MDS2 HERE. I hope you take some time to download the FREE trial of MDS2 and see what it’s all about! I am happy to chat with you about the program or answer any questions you might have!
Be creative, Kristin
